As a Southwest Institute of Healing Arts Graduate, Jayna takes pride in representing her education well and continues to expand her knowledge and practice.

She is known for connecting with people who are open minded, curious and eager to discovering new ways of improving their wellbeing. Jayna blends Therapeutic and Ayurvedic practices to provide a one-of-a-kind massage therapy experience in every session.

Some of the primary modalities she likes to incorporate are Deep Listening Skills, Polarity Communication, Reiki, Swedish massage, Myotherapy protocols, Reflexology to the feet and hands, Deep Tissue Sculpting, and Trigger Point techniques when necessary.

Her personal beliefs are founded on holding high integrity, mutual kindness, trust, honor and respect for herself and those around her. With those attributes present, there are no limits to the healing potential that unfolds on the table.
